a few years ago richmond went really hard to try and get solomon even though he was on the comeback from a knee injury, Id love to trade saddington for mitch hahn, i reckon he's a good player, although we could use a player who can kick well in the midfield, maybe nathan lonie from hawthorn. Or Zantuck for saddington, deep throat also said zantuck was on the move.Comment

Well, Zantuck can actually hold down a key position back or forward...Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

Zantuck would be more than handy for us ..............but I think Saddo would be worth more on the open market.
We need
A good quality midfielder with great finishing skills to accomadate our hard working group.
Another established ruckman ready to go especially if Ball retires.
Another tall defender.
There is no way known we will be able to trade for all of them, but if we can pick up on of these and develop another one internally things are looking for the futureComment

I don't see the need for a gun midfielder... out of Kennelly,Schneider, Bevan who are regulares and McVeigh, Buchanen and Ablett who are on the rise we will have a gun in there.
A ruckman is a must, hopefully one who can drift forward and take pack marks in the goal square.(Kosi!)
I think a ruckman should be more of a priority than a KP Backman.Comment

We need a midfielder who is good at long kicks on the run. Preferably two or three with Maxfield and Williams due for retirement in the next two years or so. Such midfielders would set up many goals."Unbelievable!" -- Nick Davis leaves his mark on the 2005 semi finalComment

If it's a gun midfielder you're after then I'd suggest going all out to try and bring Lenny Hayes home. In the next 5 years (not including this year) the Brownlow will be shared between 3 people - Hayes, Judd, Riewold. If Hayes returns you may find M. McVeigh keen to follow as well.Comment

I'd happily trade our entire side to Brisbane for their side!Captain Logic is not steering this tugboat.

IMO he would be traded for one of:
M McVeigh (ess)
R Hall (rich)
R Biglands (ade) - this one may involve B OttensOur Greatest Moment:

IMO We need a versatile tall as much as anything. We have never had a pinch hitter tall, can play back or forward, in years, if ever. A Leppitsch type is what I want.Sports do not build character. They reveal it....Heywood Broun
