My Beef is that we have players who havent got the natural flair and skill the guy has, yet they train bloody hard week in week out. yet this guy is arrogant about his approach then comes out and has a big sook in the paper.

Wjat do you Nick fanatics think that does to team harmony? How would you feel if you were just say, Heath James, and you read what he wrote? I would be feeling kinda dirty to be honest.

Maybe, with the way he handled his injury time, talented as he is but not disciplined as he is, he doesn't have the personality/mind set to cut it consistently at the top level.

Didn't we give a bloke called Ricky Mott the "lemonade", because in the off season he got fat and got onto the fags and grog. Not able to look after his body during a lay off.

Don't know if Nick was on the grog, but the result sounds similar.

Melbourne clubs have been riddled in recent years with players who didn't do the team thing off the field. I didn't think we had one but I guess not to have one is too good to be true.

I just hope he gets back on track and doesn't lose his great opportunity in life. I don't know this Walker character, but as they say, "go to sleep with dogs and you wake up with fleas."

What he does with the club does concern you. Who he's friends with and what he does in his private life does not. Obviously if Chris was at the recovery session, nobody else at the club has a problem with it, so why would you?

This is gunna be long. I've never posted here before. I probly never will after this. I am a Swans fan. My dad was. My pop still is. I visit this site a bit and have a read. I usuly expect to read a whole bunch of crap. What most peeple have said about Nick Davis is the biggest load of it I have ever seen. I was gunna say something last week when everybody was on about it. Now you have started again I cant stop me self. You peeple have no f'en idea. How many of you have even played sport. How many have played at top level. Not many I bet. I have and I f'ed up. When I was 17 I went to New Zealand with the Australian U19 cricket side. I didnt play a game on tuor but I was picked to go. I was playing first division district cricket and was in the state squad. I was gunna play for Australia. Thats what everybody told me. I had heaps of 'talent'.

Everybody always thinks the guy with no talent who works his ass off is great. Nobody says what a waste of hard work. If only he had some talent. His ability is able to work hard. Not to have any skills. I got to be good at cricket by being natrally talented. I never worked hard and never wnated to. When everybody said I should I coudnt. I wasnt interested. That was not my talent. I liked playing a game. I wanted to have fun that was all. I didnt want it to be like work. I got picked in teams and stuff because I was better than other guys. Then when I dindt work hard they tried to make me feel guilt because of the other guys not in the team. You just want to yell at them that you picked me f wit. Nick Davis is the same. He probly feels guilt and gets made to all the time. He probly got to be a star without the hard work. Now he gets paid the big bucks but not because he worked hard but because he has talent. Now he is a star you want him to change. I played VFL as a kid to and I no he is one of the best in the Swans. Get off his back or he will go and end up hating the game like I did. I stopped playing and started drinking and worst. Im only just playing again now but I didnt tell nobody I use to play and nobody nos me here so its ok.

Leave Nick alone and good on yous who stick up for him. Im a fair bit older than Nick and feel reely sorry for him. Just let him be a talent. Everybody talks so much crap here about stuff you no nothing about and its funny. But its not funny when you put crap on someone who is a better footy player than most of you are in your dreams and who probly works harder than yous do in your jobs anyway. How do yous have time to do so many posts in one day anyway.
