Roos as a coach plays a defensive game which comes undone in finals pressure.
This is what concerns me. Can we go to the next level under Roos ?

Roos really doesnt have the attitude to make hard decisions and it shows in our players who are undisciplined, I reckon this is a direct result of Roos coaching style.
Nick Davis could be a great player but it still makes my blood boil in the last quater against Hawthorn when he stuffed up that goal due to his arrogance, what really dissapointed me was no runner out to Davis to tell him to pull his head in.
Now this may be a litte thing but its these little things that make a difference in attitude, Footy is a mind game and the mind set of the Swans seems to be doesnt matter if I stuff up nothings going to happen.
Now Eade would give players a rockett wwhen they deserved it but Roos was critical of this style and he must of studied YR2000 HR manuals on coaching and counselling players to work within a team.
I really believe the Swans right now need a hard disciplined coach from outside of the club who isnt mates with everyone to take the next step. Im not advocating sacking Roos now he will probably get us into the 8 every year he coaches, but I dont believe his coaching style is hard enough to win a premiership. Wait until the end of the year.
Please keep this post to throw in my face when the Swans win 10 in a row and go on to win the GF, Cheer Cheer
