Think you may want to check what Taurine actually is before making these comments

I just had a bit of a read about it; pretty interesting stuff on the web. Taurine seems pretty useless in an energy drink!

            Supposedly aids sperm motility !

Depends why you need the energy i guess !!!!

(siriusly, has insulin-like effects, long bow but possible "energy" value)

I just thought taurine --> taurus --> bull and hence a simple marketing type gimmick. Either that or was the chemical responsible for the hellish taste.

The fact that each small can has five teaspoons of sugar is significant. Get a big lift and then you need to bring yourself back up 20 minutes with the no doze or another can of the stuff. you'd start to pile on the weight.

Why not just save time and swallow a few packets of sudafed. Is that legal? Can we ask Michael Gardiner?

Do not eat 1 tonne of spinach a day or you will die from arsenic poisoning

edit: would anyone like to know anything else on arsenic accumulators and their impact on the Victorian Golden Triangle?
I haven't read about that in WHO before.

Lots of drugs are natural (caffeine, alcohol, marijuana, psilocybin all occur in nature).
One or more of these can send you to the other side in very small quantities.

Athletes take caffeine to increase their endurance.
