No wonder few of them are developing, or getting an confidence. The young ones are going to make stuff ups occationally, but if they only get a couple of chances to be involved in the link play per game, the pressure is amplified.
Its like we are playing two sides out there. The older guys in one team, and the younger guys in another. The whole playing groups attitude needs to be seriously looked at. Not to mention the tantrums some forwards are making ala Richo.
