    LRT: Season 3, Episode 15

I am quite happy with the show. His spoilings are getting much better. Even when out of position, he could still manage some very effective spoils.

Kickings (particularly from a stationary position) and markings are still below the par but when relaxed and at decent pace, he could kick plenty well (e.g., the kick to Davis).

Should develop into a rebounding key defender by Season 5 Episode 11 .

I've said before that I think his big problem is inability to read the play. He is able to cover this through being quite athletic, so can cover some things by reaction rather than anticipation.

You definitely can't fault his effort, but until he improves his disposal and starts to read the play better, he will probably cop alot from the fans. I'm willing to cut him some slack on the reading the play side of things because he hasn't been playing footy for all that long, but he has no excuse for such atrocious kicking.

    I'm on the Chandwagon!!!

If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

As I now call him LR'F'T - He should have been dragged and not allowed near a football. He was the best player Geelong had. He was the key to their attack - put him in the 2nds until he learns how to play.

Even the radio mentioned his 3 clangers last night early on and at one stage they said kick it to anybody but LRT. There was a loud bronx cheer from the crowd when his kick in the last Q actually found a teammate.

My wife and I were in tears laughing every time he went near the ball. His arms flap around, his ridiculous hair bobs up and down, and he kicks and handballs like a girl!

          It's all entertainment.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

I enjoyed the one in the third qtr when he attempted to slide into the ball to take it over the boundary line and missed the ball and went sliding past it...

I said that in another thread.

"Praise him for when the ball travelled from his foot to a Swannie's hands".

It was the most funniest thing at the pub. It's so exciting now with crowds, they boo him when he's got the ball but clap him when a teammate got hold of it.

                That was a shocker.

Yeah that was quite needlessly spectactuler. There was also another moment when he arrived late on the scene of a Geelong forward line mark and herocially tried to spoil where the ball was a full 5 seconds earlier! Nothing wrong with a bit of panto. They don't call the SCG a theater ground for nothing!

haha I wonder if Roos tells him not to read his own press or jump online.

I can't believe Roos is persisting with him. Does he think this will be another romantic Brett Kirk story?

Who's better? LRT or Doyle? Doyle is doing no harm but LRT is. But then again, atleast LRT is eligible to play football when Doyle is injury prone. Actually, I don't think it matters because having neither of them on the field is better for the whole team.

He actually is an alright kick if you watch him in the warmups. Has no problems kicking it 40m to his target. Its when the pressure is on he has problems. You watch his body language and you can tell he is thinking "I better not stuff this up". Invariably, he takes too long to dispose of it and stuffs it up regardless.

I feel let down that I missed the game last night, and some of the entertainment Lewie provided. Where is the pro LRT lobby now? I haven't heard anyone on his side since Woewodin outmarked him in the goal square...
