Only because I have been sucked in to talking to someone with a warped idea of reality; a real time waster.

ps: Use of " " doesnt make a wrong argument right.

So in barryworld, a player with 200 games of NTFL experience would be expected to be a better developed player than LRT?

If said player was about the same age as LRT (Note: I said "about") and said player was drafted into the AFL and played some senior games, so as to prove he wasnt a dud.

And you reckon one AFL game is enough?

Of course 200 games in the NTFL isn't the equal of 45 (or whatever LRT's played in the seniors) however Ruckland and Barryworld are somewhat aligned on this matter in that both universes consider total football games rather than just 1st grade AFL games.

But we've tal;ked about that before, and actually Sanecow your comment has sparked an idea, perhaps we should send young players from a non Aussie rules background to Darwin in the off season for some gametime. They'd never learn to tackle up there (but NSW kids like Bevan LRT know how to do that). Whatcha think?

Why do you do it in 90% of your posts ?
                  Ridiculous exagerration.

FWIW, Merret, Spaanderman, and Brennan have considerable more footy experience than LRT, and therefore a better comparison for his development than Lucas.
Merrett - "The 20-year-old played touch football and volleyball in high school"

I already commented on the case that LRT was at a similar development stage at the beginning of the year as his first half opponents and has improved dramatically.

                    It's official. He's "arrived".

He made it to Terry Wallace's team of the week on WLF.

Inside Footy gave him a 7. That's almost BOG in their assessments of Sydney, even though Jim marked us this week and not that goon Ben Cassanella who pretty much hates Sydney. What a @@@@ mag that is. I hate it but am so addicted to footy I keep buying it.
