Charlie that 2 hours can really muck you around - especially if you leave Sydney between 6.00pm and cerfew - it throws you right out - its worse in summer because they dont have daylight savings.

and as for the redeye - its great idea as you get back into Sydney at 6.00am but a bugger of a flight if you cant sleep sitting up!

I think the team going over on Tuesday is a good idea - the first day they will probably relax anyway - then they can ease themselves into training etc.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

Relax Tuesday night, hit the Freo bars, get thrown out of Burswood Casino, start a fight or two. Oops, that's the Dees. Or any League team.

The barcode number....is that just the number that's on the Sydney membership card? Just asking cos last year Port sent us members letters with a separate barcode we needed to use to purchase GF tickets, and Sydney haven't sent the hubby out anything special....

Any chance I can give you my membership number and and get you to get me a ticket with you, too? (I think you can get a max of 4 tickets at once - you only need 3?) Can you PM me?

The GF is different. In 2003 we were also sent seperate barcodes.

I think the member number and barcode should be fine for tomorrow. Not sure how they are going to police it over the web?

Sorry, I got the message and have deleted some messages. My inbox seems to be shrinking. Mainly need a way to contact you tomorrow (and later in the week.)

I don't understand any of that talk about tickets - that is the maximum of 8 tickets per transacton.
Does that mean you have to have 8 members cards and book 8 tickets?

Or put it another way if I want two tickets does that mean I have to ring book a ticket, hang up, ring back and book another ticket? Or don't I even get the opportunity to buy a second ticket for a non-member?

I am also interested if anyone can "spare" any barcodes... I have me and 2 other Perth resident Swans fans very keen on getting our hands on tickets

                      Cheers!

I'm just a swans supporters member and just looking at my card it has a 5 digit member number on it

so is this the number i use when booking tickets? because i dont see no barcode on my member card

also i would also like another "barcode" or number to purchase one more ticket. any help would be appreciated bigtime. just think of it as another swans supporter in the ground rather than an eagles dikhed.

my email is [email protected] or mobile is 0402618759

just one other thing someone else said, how do they police these numbers on the web?

The couple of times I've been to Perth I've found that the time difference (which was actually 3 hrs on both ocassions) really messed with my body clock. The game being played on a Friday night means that even though its starting at 6.30, it'll still finish about 80 minutes later than it would if played under EST.

Still no luck with your PM. You can catch me on 02 8235 3979. I'll be going down to the ticket office at about midday to buy tickets.

Does anyone have any spare barcode numbers? I would like to buy an extra ticket for my wife, the Port supporter. She hates West Coast.

Why don't you buy a family ticket? I think is possible. Here's the link to the Tickemaster web site for more info:
