    Club theme songs

This is something I've been meaning to do for quite a while.
Every other league I've been involved in, I know each club's theme song.
Except the Sydney AFL - I still have a few missing that I can't find on any website.
If your club is missing below, what do you sing?

I'll merge them all into this post as they arrive.

    AUBURN TIGERS

    BALMAIN DOCKERS

    Oh we're from Dockerland
A fighting fury we're from Dockerland
In any weather you will see us with a grin
    Risking head and shin
If we're behind then never mind
We'll fight and fight and win
    For we're from Dockerland
We never weaken till the final siren's gone
Like the Tigers of old, we're strong and we're bold
For we're from Docker DOWN AT BALMAIN
    For we're from Dockerland

    CAMDEN CATS

    CAMPBELLTOWN BLUES

    C'mon boys, make some noise
We're the red hot Campbelltown boys
We are the boys from Campbelltown
You can bring up all your locals
And bring em to the top
Cause the Campbelltown boys are comin
    We're comin on the hop
    Cmon boys, make some noise
We're the red hot Campbelltown boys
We are the boys from Campbelltown

    EAST COAST EAGLES

We're a happy team at East Coast
    We're the Eagles flying high
We love our football and we play it to win
Riding the bumps with a grin at East Coast
Come what may you'll find us striving
Teamwork is the thing that talks
One for all and all for one
Is the way we play at East Coast
We are the Eagles flying high

    HOLROYD-PARRAMATTA GOANNAS

We are the boys from Parramatta
And we wear the Blue & Gold
    Watch us climb the ladder
And our story will be told
Well, we beat them in the air
And we beat them in the pack
And if we lose out anywhere
Just watch us bounce right back!!
Watch our ruckmen fly to the sky
And our forwards kick the goals
Hear our supporters scream and cry
As we wear the Blue & Gold
Well, we beat them in the air
And we beat them in the pack
And if we lose out anywhere
Just watch us bounce right back

    MACQUARIE UNIVERSITY WARRIORS

    Out we come
    Out we come
    Out we come to play
    We've gone in hard
    We've gone in tough
    We've won the game today
In the air and on the ground
    We've proved it once again
Macquarie boys are hard to beat
When we come out to play
    So join in the chorus
And sing it one and all
    Join in the chorus
    Macquarie's on the ball
    Good old Macquarie
    Another victory
    Macquarie will be premiers
    The best you'll ever see

    MANLY-WARRINGAH WOLVES

    We are the mighty Wolves
And we always play to win
We'll give our all for Warringah
And we'll fight through thick and thin
We'll win the club 4 premierships
Cause we are the greatest team
    It's maroon and white forever
And the Wolves will reign supreme

    MOOREBANK SPORTS MAGPIES

We are the Magpies on the road to victory
If you are a Magpie come and sing along with me
The Magpies are the ones who wear the black, blue and white
They are the colours that make us stand and fight (and fight)
And when it comes September the Magpies will be there
When it comes September the Magpies will be there
We play it hard we play it tough we play it till we fall
We're the greatest team of all

    NORTH SHORE BOMBERS

See the Bombers fly up, up
    To win the premiership flag
North Shore boys play this grand old game
Are always fighting for glory and fame
See the Bombers fly up, up
The other teams we don't fear
They all try their best, but they can't get near
    As the Bombers fly up

    NOR-WEST JETS

I was walking down to Bensons Lane when a copper said to me
You look like a Nor-West boy, you'd better come with me
He grabbed me by the collar and tried to run me in
But I clenched my fist and knocked him stiff and then began to sing
Oh it's a brand new flag
    It's a high flying flag
It's the emblem for me and for you
It's the emblem of the team we love
The team of the white and the blue
Every heart beats true for the white and the blue
As we sing this song to you
    Should auld acquaintance be forgot
Keep your eye on the white and the blue
    (and there's some more.....)

    PENNANT HILLS DEMONS

    It's a grand old flag
    It's a high flying flag
It's the emblem for me and for you
It's the emblem of the team we love
The team of the red and the blue
Every heart beats true for the red and the blue
As we sing this song to you
    Should auld acquaintance be forgot
Keep your eye on the red and the blue

    PENRITH RAMS

We're the Rams, we're the Rams
    We're the mighty Penrith Rams
And we are football through and through
    And when it comes September,
    We want you to remember
The Rams will be there too
We play on guts and courage,
    And fight until the end
And until the final siren all we know is to win
Come on one, come on all
See the greatest team of all
We are the mighty Penrith Rams

    SAINTS AFC

    SOUTHERN POWER (has this changed?)

    Come on boys
    Make a noise
We?re the red hot Sharkie boys
We are the boys from Sutherland
You can bring up all your locals
And bring them to the top
    Coz the Sharks are coming
    We?re coming on the hop
    Come on boys
    Make a noise
We?re the red hot Sharkie boys
We are the boys from Sutherland

    ST GEORGE DRAGONS

Well we're the Saint George boys the Dragons
A team of always do or die
Of victory we will always be assured
When for the ball our big men fly
And when the final bell is over
    That's the time to celebrate
    Dragons always stick together
    We're a happy bunch forever
We are the good old red and white

    ST IGNATIUS COLLEGE-RIVERVIEW

    SYDNEY UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

1, 2, 3 the uni boys are we
    4, 5, 6, we've got 'em in a fix
7, 8, 9, we do it every time
It?ll be a hot time on the old town tonight
Victorious victorious, 1 keg of beer between the 4 of us
Thank Christ there are no more of us
Cos 1 of us could drink the bloody lot (without his pants on)
Yes one of us could drink the bloody lot
Roll over Mabel, your navel?s on the other side

    UNIVERSITY OF NSW-EASTERN SUBURBS

Oh, we do like to be beside the seaside
We do like to be beside the sea
Down at the Junction there's a football ground
And that's where the Bulldogs hang around
So, let's hear 3 cheers for Eastern Suburbs
3 Cheers for the red, white and blue
Oh, we've got it in the bag
And we're gonna win the flag
    Beside the seaside
    Beside the sea

Those magnificent men in the red, white and blue
When they're out on the field there is nothing they can't do
They take all the marks and they win all the rucks,
And after the game they get all of the @@@@s,
Up down, flying around (boom, boom, boom)
Passing the ball and amazing the crowd,
    They're a colourful bunch,
    Those magnificent men,
    Those magnificent men,
Those magnificent men in the red, white and blue

    UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY SYDNEY BATS

The UTS Bats won again today
    Hooray, hooray
We proved we were the better side
    Today, today
We knocked 'em down, we drank their blood
Then we rubbed them in the mud
    We'll be victors in 2007
They've never seen a team like us
    Before, before
If we are down we get back up and fight
    Some more
Around the ground and through the sky
The Bats are always flying high
    We'll be victors in 2007

    WESTERN SUBURBS MAGPIES

When Wests come charging through the pack
    Hoorah hoorah
We'll give em a mighty welcome back
    Hoorah hoorah
The crowd will roar the boys will grin
    Cause victory's great and losing's a sin
    And they'll all step back
    When Wests come charging through
We won the game we won the fight
    Hoorah hoorah
We let them feel the Westies might
    Hoorah hoorah
The ball was bounced and in we went
And down they went like wet cement
    And they all stepped back
    When Wests came charging through

    WOLLONGONG LIONS

(leader) I was standing on a corner.......... (team) I was standing on a corner
When a copper said to me.....when a copper said to me
If you come from Wollongong....If you come from Wollongong
Then you'd better come with me....Then you'd better come with me
I clenched my fist....I clenched my fist
And knocked him stiff.....And knocked him stiff
And then began to sing.....And then began to sing
    All together
    Are we good
    Are we good
    Are we any bloody good
    Are the Lions any good
    From back to forward line
    Our system is divine
    For football we're renown
We're wearing the colours of red, white and red
To the finals we'll go marching on
    Where do we come from?........Wollongong
    What do we eat?......Muscle
    How do we eat it?......Raw

Still sing it mate. However, over recent years, not as much as we would have liked...

Maybe you were thinking about the 3s and 4s who sing both that and also the old UNSW Whales song, "Those Magnificent Men in The Yellow and Black", which is pretty good, also.

And they are? I'd be interested in knowing them both.

UNSW-ES do "I do like to be beside the seaside" - brilliant song. I think I'm word-perfect on it, but better to let Monty Burns or I_Heart_Kefalas post the words just in case.

Campbelltown's is to the tune of "Road to Gundagai", lyrics are similar to the Southern Sharks song you've posted but KangaCoach or Rooster could post the exact words.

Sydney Uni - at least when they were in First Division, and presumably the same now they've gone up - is "1,2,3 the Uni boys are we". Again I don't know all the words, but now they've gone up they've probably had to cull part of the song about something that hasn't happened just yet....

Not sure about Wollongong's - when I've done a match report and pictorial on a Wollongong game they've never won. I hope I'm not a jinx.

                I think I missed a line...

Sorry, don't know the other. Obviously it's to the tune of Those Magnificent Men in their Flying Machine and goes something like:

Those magnificent Men in the Yellow and Black
They win all of the ball, they bust all the packs (or something or other)
                Up, down, flying around
Something about having sex with women
                Something about footy
Something about being able to drink copious amounts of alcohol
                Those Magnificent Men,
                Oh, those Magnficent Men
                In the Yellow and Black!

                  Thanks Monty.
If anyone else can shed more light on the magnificent men in yellow and black it would be great.
This thread is also not excluding the songs of former clubs that used to be around pre-merger, or disbansion etc.

                    The other UNSWES song as sung by the 3's and 4's (along with the down by the seaside song) is;

Those magnificant men in the red, white and blue
When they're out on the field there is nothing they can't do
They take all the marks and they win all the rucks,
And after the game they get all of the f^*#s,
Up down, flying around (boom, boom, boom)
Passing the ball and amazing the crowd,
                    They're a colourful bunch,
                    Those magnificant men,
                    Those magnificant men,
Those magnificant men in the red, white and blue.

                    Good fun that one is.
