Ladies and Gents,
It is a little far out I know, but nothing like a bit of banter to fire us up on here.
Let the tips from all the 'experts' for the Phelan Medal begin.... and no, you cannot vote for the Rooster, Rooster.
Personally, I cannot see Nick 'Nobby' O'Brien (UNSWES Bulldogs) being beaten for the prize.
Other outsiders from Easts who would have a shot include Mark Parmenter (if he was still playing) and Brad Abbott (if he moved out of the goal square and could let go of the walking frame). David Coupe would have been a red hot certainty for the prize this year but unfortunately of all the Pech's at the football club, we had to lose David's.
Anyway, look forward to hearing all of your tips...
On a side note, I have certainly been quiet on this forum for a number of months now.
For those of those of you were nt aware, this has been a result of the severe depression I have suffered over the course of the season due to a direct result of Peter Kefalas' form.
I have certainly realised that there is a big difference between potential and reality. It really is 60% mental and the majority physical, like Peter would say.
Cheers,
Hearty.
