Geeze. It's not as though teams are burning the flag or stoning Mother Theresa to death, is it?
It's good that the supporters, whether there are 2 or 200 there, to see a bit of celebration after watching a couple of hours of the game.
As most sheds in Sydney are pretty much ajoining each other, it would be more raucous if done in the sheds. Isn't that more disrespectful?
Anyhow, the club that verbally opposes it the most seem to start their song on the ground and continue all the way to the sheds before they burst into the first chorus.
Some people think they are more precious than a Monarch Oval pie.
