i'm still gonna stick with Balmain despite them kicking 4.15 vs Shore, and despite Uni's apparent return to form.Wests by a dead set canter, unfortunate to see the once seemingly invincible Towners struggling in all grades.the Gong in a very close one,a poofteenth in the score i reckon.and another close one with Penno to get the points,i just think they have gelled a bit earlier than Eagles, but i could be wrong,so my second option is a draw.and i see Oscar is keeping mum on the Danny Stevens subject, maybe to keep it quiet from rival clubs!!and NorWest to remain unbeaten in Div2,for this week at least.

Balmain is going to be quite a heated battle this week I imagine, with Luffy and Scarey coming up against their old club. I think after a great showing last week against shore we can get up over the bulldogs.

I take it you play for Balmain. How are they looking this week. Are they all pumped for a big game?

I have actually been playing for the 3rd (4th?) grade team of late but should be playing in the 2s this week. I havn't heard too much but I'm sure there will be a bit of talk at training this week

Will also be interesting to see what kind of reception Campbelltown give Leesy, Withers and Fiddles

i also note one of the big 3 from Under 18 football in the northern division will miss out on the Under 18 premier league to start 28th & 29th May... Balmain have excelled under reid this year and with north shore having an easy victory probably 250 + and east coast playing pennant hills... it could be one of those teams to go.

if east coast lose say 60 - 90... and north shore win by the above margin.... east coast will miss out on percentage. if pennant hills lose by around 50 points they will miss out...

UNSW by 10 goals. Ready for a big one.
Wests by 30 goals. The big ground will be even more advantageous.
St George in a tight one. Home ground and coming off a good last week should see them over the line.
Pennant Hills by 5 goals as the juggernaught rolls on. If ECE turn up to play it could be interesting.

Chopper has coached for a few years, it's probaly more to do with the 10+ players that have come from Glebe, without losing anyone from last year.

Whoever does end up in Div 2 (of the three) is likely to have a fairly easy time. From the look of the southern table only WS is likely to provide any real contest.
