    Round 12 Tips

Unfortunately because of the hacking the tips for round 11 went missing, and not everyone had the opportunity to put their tips in. I know what I tipped, but don't know about the others.
Anyway, for the purposes of the tipping ladder, I have declared round 11 to be washed out and given everyone 2 points for that round - as unfortunately was the fate of 1st and 2nd division clubs last weekend.

    The tipping ladder therefore reads:
    Coastal Boy - 34
    Monty Burns - 33
    Strawberry - 32
    Norris Lurker - 32
    Oscar - 30
    Johno64 - 30
    Mightyswans2005 - 29
    jude_boltons_babe - 29
    Shearer - 28
    Peanut - 28
    benny_w - 25
    Pekay - 25
    trouble - 22

Again applying my own rules (ie making them up as I go along), in the interests of fairness because not everyone may realise RWO is back up, anyone who doesn't get their tips in this week will be deemed to have tipped the same as me.

    This weeks games are:
North Dalton - Wollongong v North Shore (I'll be covering this one for the weekend's article and pics).
    Village Green - UNSW-ES v Wests
Drummoyne Oval - Balmain v Pennant Hills
Monarch - Campbelltown v East Coast Eagles
    St George have the bye.

    My tips:
    North Shore
    Wests
    Pennant Hils
    East Coast

hello all, good to have our forum back online.i'll take Wollongong at Nth Dalton in atrocious conditions(my own forecast)with more behinds than goals to be scored, the Eagles in what may be a brutal game at Monarch,Penno in a tight game at Tigerland, and the West will prevail at Village Green, with the Magpies to do the Dogs in the curtain raiser to NorWest Jets vs Whales at 430pm.

The Sydney AFL's new IT person, Nathan Lassel, has done some work on the footy record - it's still a work in progress, but you'll notice a definate improvement in the look and quality of information this week.
The record can be downloaded at http://www.sydneyafl.com.au/_content...044025-src.pdf - it's definately worth a look this week and a step in the right direction.

Updating the Sunday results - Penno beat Balmain by 19 points, with the Tigers giving the Demons a run for their money. Meanwhile at Monarch, East Coast sent Campbelltown back to earth with a thud with a 174-point demolition.

this is a direct complaint to both UNSW/ES and Wests footy clubs for the game played at Village Green.i lay all the blame for the Jets preparation squarely at both 1st grade teams, who played ONE OF THE BEST GAMES IVE SEEN IN SOME TIME,its a shame that didnt get "Match of Round" billing this friday.we got there at half time with Wests only just ahead,46-35.we went into the sheds and re-appeared during the 3rd,where the Dogs had staged a comeback of sorts.the last qtr as a bell ringer,a few 50s thrown in for good measure, some great passages of play--- and then a fifty, the siren,a shot from 55 odd out, slight breeze-you could hear a pin drop-Dogs down by less than a kick, has his shot, collective breath holding---------Wests by a poofteenth.great game i think Oscar will agree.my apologies for not saying hello Peter, was trying to act proffesionally as coach!!sorry
