I reckon UNSW and Wests pick themselves. Penno Vs ECE looks like a great tussle. I see ECE looking desperate for a win though I will go with the seasoned Penno. Though it's at Dalton I havent been a fan of the Gong all year so I wont start now - I go the Crows.

Shearer - do you consider a 5 point victory an easy win for Penno ?

                        Penno win never in doubt?

Obviously you got a Penno match report shearer, kicking a goal to get in front inside the last 2 mins of the game is hardly an easy win, you would surely have to question the IQ of someone who would describe it as even comfortable.

I would not be putting the house on any of the top sides hoping that East Coast get through to the finals!

Pennant Hills played very well and showed why they are one of the flag favorites, having said that East Coast had every chance to win the game.

This weeks game against top of the table Wests should be a cracker.

Unfortunately due to personal commitments I wasn't able to get to any games this weekend; and the results weren't available last night. I'm writing this week's RWO article now, but the reports I've heard were that the Penno v East Coast game was a classic - definately worth watching on Fox on Friday night.
The East Coast v Wests game on Sunday looks like being a critical one for deciding how the finals shape up. I'll be heading out to Alan Davidson for that one, should be a beauty.

east coast web site blames the loss on the injury to key forward trask in the opening term... Surely they are not that one dimensional! My sources suggested that the game was a cracker but that penno really never looked in doubt. Apparently they delivered when needed. Of course the scores don't suggest that, so i'll be looking forward to watching Fox footy on Friday nite.

                              Sandwich hand,

Obviously that silly little smiley face i tried to put on my thread didnt come across that well. I was being sarcastic.

Its an interesting few weeks coming up thats for sure.Trask will be sorely missed, he is a class act. Also heard Benny Mac might have picked up an injury as well.
