Some of the umpiring is poor, and Grundy is getting manhandled. But, unless we do more of what we did in the last five minutes and win some ground balls, we’re going to be stuck playing static footy.

unless something changes, I’d consider subbing Amartey halfway through the third quarter and going quicker ahead of the ball.

He’s not a great strategist. That’s what I’m getting at.

can we find enough winners to win from here ?
We’ll lose today I think, but we’re still a premiership threat. Adams and Fox to come back in.

Heeney, Lloyd, Rowbottom and Papley the only players playing near the best.

Pretty fortunate to be within three and a half goals.
Yes, certainly getting beaten around the contests and not quite running hard enough off the ball.
Heeney was starting to look like he could carry us back into it. Hopefully Chad and Errol join him. But we only need to make up four goals in two quarters and it's a team that's capable of making up four goals in four minutes.

Heeney is starring....hopefully the teams follows him. The umps are still tightarsed.

                Go Ramps....nice goal.

Rampe goals always create a warm inner glow.

Finally Grundy is getting some frees.

What’s the point of 3 tall forwards if none of them can take a mark inside 50?

Stringer for Amartey doesn’t sound so bad right now.

That clanger might have undone the earlier good work.

We have no game plan. Corridor footy doesn’t work anymore. It’s all on Horse, we have four AA players, we need a strategy. Look at the Hawks, young and inexperienced, but it doesn’t matter, they’re coached well.

Logan gives us a bit of hope.

He’s been one of our better players today but those two plays from Lloyd when we had momentum - an errant kick inside 50 and a missed, relatively easy chance - were costly.
