He also took another on the opposite flank, Punt Rd end, behind Gardiner, but as I recall that also went over the WC player's head.
    Probably both kicked by Judd.

Now we're down to meaty matters - I think Dunkley was playing the last time you could get chardonnay at the SCG. (or maybe it was the last time I asked for it . . .) Think of us more as the ignorant semillon sauvignon blanc set.

Most of his Marks I remember where when his opponent had run off him and he was metres in the clear.

When he was lost and a kick came off the side of the boot. No one reads clangers like Lewie can.

              Good ol' Lankey Lewey..

Full credit to him, he was targeted as the "weak point" in the Swans defence last year's GF, and he held up brilliantly.

EVERY time I see him punch it out of defence, or take a mark, I'm more confident these days. His tackling has been tremendous.

That said... EVERY time I see him about to take a kick, I say out loud to myself "Lewey.. please don't kick this.."..

His game will get better with time.

But perhaps he needs a good kick for a mentor.. Willo or... bring back in MAXFIELD with his massive boots maybe?

did a great job on richo today- just needed to keep his feet a few times but its good that it frees up leo.

his positioning was very good today and he seems to make more and more good decisions like a footballer who has played 150-200 games

Like paying on outside the boundary line?

Richo was the best for Richmond by a long way - the fact that our midfiled smashed Richmond's makes it very hard to evaluate our backs this week.

Just looking at LRT though, what on earth did he trip over in the lead up to the Richo goal (in the 2nd qtr?) and take a look at the Stafford goal - Leo and Goodes both appeal to the umpire, claiming they were pushed out of the contest. They were, by the blonde bombshell. LRT did a great job of trying to keep Richmond in the match. He is improving but he is still nothng like a good footballer.

Was a nice luxury to have today for LRT to get the experience playing on Richo with the outcome not mattering much.

Richo was clearly the most dangerous player for the Tiges in the first half, though I thought Lewis did a good job of spoiling in the marking contests. Did seem to revert back to his "headless chook" impersonations when he had the footy but he's still on a steep learning curve, and should have learned a few things today. To be outpointed by Richardson is no disgrace - he's a very good player when on song.

yeah the incident on the boundary was pretty bad but i reckon your being pretty harsh on him.

he did alright today on one of the best forwards in the comp

Well, to Lewie's credit, Brown seems unstoppable tonight.

Played a pretty good game on Richo though. He seems to close the gap on leads well and gets that fist in.
