Originally Victorian, played a few years of VFL for Essendon.

FWIW, I messaged a mate of mine in Adelaide who’s a mad Norwood fan and goes to most of their home games. Said Billy has the potential to play that forward half, clearance and link player like Shaun Manaugh (sp?) came in and did as mature ager for Geelong this year. Kicks goals and runs all day.
