Yes, it's possible, provided many results went the right way in the finals.

If the positions on the ladder stayed the same, the Swans and Eagles play first-up in Perth. If both sides then won all their remaining finals then the Swans-Eagles GF matchup would result. The final 8 system guarantees that the QF matchups cannot be repeated during the finals series, except if both sides made the Grand Final.

If the Swans and Eagles started in different qualifying finals, then both sides must have the same result in their respective qualifying finals (both win or both lose) to remain on opposite sides of the finals' draw. Then both sides would need to win their finals to make the GF.

I think the Crows may have something to say about this.

But hopefully they will take the place of the Weagles, not us.

If Melbourne are beaten by Collingwood and we beat St Kilda then you'd have to think the top 4 will well and truly break away from the pack.

I agree. Given the appaling luck with injuries, I don't think the Bulldogs have enough strength to get up into the 4.

Melbourne are the only side I think are able to break in to the 4. If they lose to the pies, and the other top 4 sides win this weekend, they would be 2 wins outside the 4. Whilst not impossible, IMO it would be difficult for them from there.

But, anything can happen with 12 rounds still to go!!

Does anyone know whether Mrs gs14 and I will need to book seats? How are ticket sales going? Will I need to get there earky for GA seats otherwise?

We're coming up for the weekend and as Vic based members we have entry to the ground, but we're not sure how full the ground is expected to be.
