      I was looking forward to seeing what was on offer on the website, but it seems to be one of those ones that require Flash. Damn.

      I avoid Flash because it is mostly used for displaying obnoxious Flash ad banners. If a web site wants my patronage the site authors should deliver content in HTML or SVG.

          You should allow flash to see this.

                      The only reason people write Flash ad banners in Flash and not SVG is because almost everyone has a Flash plugin and nobody gives a tinker's cuss about SVG. So why would anyone deliver anything in SVG if Flash has more market penetration? A decision like that could cost someone their job.

                      If SVG were popular, there would be ad banners in SVG so you would then boycott SVG too.

                        I put something in my 'chrome' folder that only allows flash to run when you click on it.

                        I put this in userContent.css in the chrome folder.
                        C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxxx.default\ch rome

                        /* Prevent flash animations from playing until you click on them. */

                        object[codebase*="swflash.cab"],
                        object[type="application/x-shockwave-flash"],
                        embed[type="application/x-shockwave-flash"],
                        embed[src$=".swf"]
                        { -moz-binding: url("http://www.squarefree.com/turing/clickToView.xml#ctv"); }

                        ignore the space in the second line between ":" and "D". I just put that in to avoid this

                            If you go to the TV, you can "change channels" and see different clips (I am assuming they will be TV ads), and there are 8 clickable buttons, and 6 have clips.
