    Hello from Freo-land!

Hi all - a friendly Docker here, gearing up for what should be a great game next Friday... a lot of my mates are Sydney diehards, so interested to see your thoughts on the game.

Oh and well done in sticking it to that yellow lump at Subi - we thought that was superb work because we hate the Wet Toast more than anyone else.

While we wait for next week, some light reading that may be of interesting:

With the AFL pre-season comp already underway, I thought some of you might enjoy the following article that I wrote when working on The Foot...

welcome cookie ... my baby brother (he's 35) is a docker supporter. Very happy chappy ... full of mouth about how they are gunna smash us, etc., etc. If I was gunna have a second team it'd be the dockers. They've done really well to get his far this year.
            Having said that .....
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

Win or lose, I hope it's a good game with no injuries or reports. If we win, we should be a good chance to knock the Budgies off in the GF (assuming they make it), and if the Dockers win good luck to them in their quest for their first premiership.

I hope we win, of course. If the Dockers do get up I will watch the GF with interest to see if they can claim their first flag, and if they lose, their fans can look forward to next year and future seasons with optimism.

Thunder, despite the Toaster's win tonight, I reckon the Crows will mop them up next week.

Looking forward to the Sandi v Jolly match up and watching Blackie, Bell, Headland, Carr, Peake and Co on that long ground feeding the ball in to Pav, Murphy, Longmuir and The Wiz.

It might be time to resurect the Leapin Leo masks we made for Derby 1 2006 to put the Toasters off thier game!!
