O'Loughlin is an Irish last name Cruiser.

Left the Irish quite confused when they saw the colour of Magic's skin a few years ago!!!

We've always joked about Magic being Irish.

I know that. But he's no more Irish than I am (my mothers maiden name is Irish).

Depends on how Irish you are. I believe he has an Irish grandfather, presumably on his father's side.

Can't we get this thread back to hating WCE?

What is it that in the last few years that has made Swans supporters hate WCE (& vice versa, I assume)?

For me it's the behavior of (hopefully only some) of their spectators who just haven't come to terms with losing home games yet and don't know how to handle it. Boo-ing good non-WCE players, throwing @@@@@ at players, boo-ing umpires when they only get 50% more frees etc.

I actually don't mind most of their players (Hunter a big exception) but their supporters, well....

I think its just the arrogance of thier supporters that makes them unbearable. They are more one-eyed than Pies supporters and quite a bit more feral if you ask me.

All i am really hoping for in Saturday's game is plenty of injuries! especially to cHunters face!
If the siren sounds in Tasmania, and the umpires don't hear it, does it make a sound?

The attitude of wEagles' fans is largely driven by an insular media that fawns all over the wEagles, that idolise the players as gods and generaly put the wEagles on a huge pedestal. Any media outlet that gave fair coverage to everyone would do so at risk to their profits. No wonder then that the wEagles' fans think the same way.

Dockers' fans are a little different. They hate the Eagles with a passion. So it's difficult to hate them in return. Oh, I'm sure we'll give them heaps this weekend. However, I hope that when the day of battle is over we are gracious enough in victory or defeat to wish the Dockers' fans good luck for the future.

I loved what the Dockers fans did with their website Dockerland after last year's GF - turned it into "Swanland" and really p***d off the Egurls fans (they were bawling about it on EaglesFlyingHigh)

Since then I've kind of liked the Dockers, and realised that their fans are ok too. (in direct contrast to my feelings of revulsion about the Wet Toast, particularly the likes of Hunter) So I congratulate them on a great year, but of course hope we can get over them on Friday.

Thanx for visting our site, Docker Fans!

Thanks for the love guys - please remember that if we do happen to beat you (we've given Blackie a map of how to get there now...).

Yes, us Dockerlanders hate The Wiggles more than satan himself and their fans are chardonnay sipping nonces, who think the sun shines out of Juddy's backside.

What's more, they make up the bulk of the Perth media contingent, hence the biased coverage we Dockers endure.

It was absolute gold when you guys won the GF and to follow up the Dockerland head honcho created 'Leaping Leo Barry Masks' for us to wear at the nexy Derby.

The latest campaign - a modified version of the West Coast logo with a big 'sucks' underneath - has gone brilliantly. We left thousands of copies at Subi on Friday night for the Toasters to find... just a shame they won.

I also sent a copy in to the drive program on 720 ABC hosted by the Eagle loving Russell Woolf and he read it out on air - one called labelled me 'un-West Australian'.

You can print off your own copy of the sticker here - I've got one on the bacl of my car and they just hate it!

The world's most isolated city as viewed through the eyes of someone who has chosen to live elsewhere for most of his adult life... thrills, spills, shark sightings and roster petrol stations galore! The views expressed here are all mine & nothing to do with my employer.

Print off hundreds if you do take on the Wet Toast in the GF - at least it'll give us some satisfaction!

The sticker idea is fantastic. Vandalistic, but fabulous, nonetheless.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
