If there was a second team they would be based in western Sydney (I am not talking about the latte sipping inner west either
) for no other reason that that is where the population is. There is a million or more people living in the region known as western Sydney. Sure there are some Swans fans out there but the kiddies playing AFL would soon switch if they had a local team to follow. The stadium is already built - it's called Telstra Stadium.
I can't see it happening anytime soon though.
