Because you need to get better just to stay the same. If there are players to bring up then you can do it that way, but it depends on the coaching panel's view of the younger guys.
I don't believe we need to trade anyone from the 2006 side to get better. The draft and smart trading with draft picks should ensure that.
I also think we will get improvement from the likes of Moore, Schmidt, Grundy, Vogels etc.Comment

We beat WCE in Perth in the qualifier. We lost the GF by a point, after some un-tradables didn't have their best game.

Can't believe people are down on the club for not being the premier....there is always more to loose if you assume that to improve you must get another flag.
You have to improve to beat clubs that have analysed your club and aimed to knock off the reigning premier.
We did it and we will need to improve to be there again.
Hence we improved....some people are just hard to please
