Yes I agree Buchanan signed a 3 year deal about a month ago so forget about him - he isnt going anywhere and neither should he.
    Love those Swans

Trade NOG. Still only looks like a kid with promise when he should be delivering.
      He delivered this year.

He will fair well in the B&F because the match committee judge a players performance on whether they carry out the job assigned. I have no doubt they would be happy with Ablett's year.
Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09

        That's not so bad.
While I don't necessarily think we need Everitt, going nine picks lower in the draft will not have an impact on our short-term success.

Jason Johnson? Another slow inside midfielder. Hmm. Yes. Exactly what we need.

        Mal Michael anyone?

Who did we trade from the 2005 Grand Final side????

I don't believe we need to trade anyone from the 2006 side to get better. The draft and smart trading with draft picks should ensure that.

I also think we will get improvement from the likes of Moore, Schmidt, Grundy, Vogels etc.

Is he still committed to play footy? If not, I wouldn't even bother thinking about it...

You can hardly say that one point made it a bad year.

We beat WCE in Perth in the qualifier. We lost the GF by a point, after some un-tradables didn't have their best game.

How was this year "worse" than last year?

Does this really need an explanation?

No, not really. You don't have to state the bleeding obvious...

We were beaten by a slightly better team on the day

Face the facts and accept it.I know it is disappointing but there can only be 1 winner and 1 loser

Can't believe people are down on the club for not being the premier....there is always more to loose if you assume that to improve you must get another flag.

You have to improve to beat clubs that have analysed your club and aimed to knock off the reigning premier.

We did it and we will need to improve to be there again.

Hence we improved....some people are just hard to please
                              Staying ahead of the game...

Resting on our laurels is not going to increase our chances of getting there again next year.
