watched part of it when we eventually got home Saturday night and then as I couldn't sleep Sunday morning watched the rest then. And cried again. Not a happy girl atm. My mood is just not getting any better and alcohol is not helping (as if it ever has anyway)
Here's my heart and you can break it

I switched off at the siren too. I never need to see the presentation and Eagles celebration (except the bit where Kerr cuts his head because his arms are too short).

I switched it off when they announced the norm smith medalist... I saw on channel 9 news today that quite a few of the egirls players were critised for not shaking the kid's hands when they present the medals and someone (cant remember who) defended them by saying "they were too focused"... interesting...

I dont think i can ever watch the game, too heartbreaking.

I have never watched the 96 GF past half time and I doubt I can watch this game again, too painful

I will watch it again. Yes it's disappointing - but at least be glad you're not an Adelaide supporter over the last 2 years - or worse, St.Kilda - Or, heaven forbid, Geelong!

Watch it and be proud that we went down fighting until the very end.

Have had to stop watching On The Couch. I am too devastated to relive the game.

someone needs to add another 30 seconds onto that game (perhaps from the 2005 GF) where sydney snap a goal.

                      That would make it watchable.

I thought OtC was really good and it really emphasised how much respect the team had won.

Why does it take a loss in a GF to earn respect when a win like last year is brushed off as lucky and a fluke ?

Respect was won before we got to the GF - But then I suppose we got lucky again and the fluke lasted 372 days.

Respect because we were able to back up and show that our GF appearance last year wasn't a fluke, and we were able to fight back in the second half showing how much character the team has when things aren't working.

Last episode for the year was on Fox Sports 1 at 8:30 this evening. No idea if it will be replayed.
