Ok, let's put Jolly junior to bed for a moment.

Now, Jolly senior still had a crap game, crapper than he ever has, crapper than crap, so crap that he should have stayed at home and changed diapers.

We were beaten in the ruck.

Whether others played a bad game is irrelevant.

We were beaten in the ruck and I'm yet to see anyone argue otherwise.
Captain, I am detecting large quantities of win in this sector

They were thinking how empty their lives are without the patter of tiny feet.

But maybe he was beaten in the ruck by a better ruckman, not because his focus was somewhere else.
My Pokemon brings all the boys to the yard and they're like "Wanna trade cards?"
"Damn right, I wanna trade cards. I can beat you, I've got Charizard!"

Mike, you continue to run a very very poor case for the defence. I keep pointing out that we are talking about Darren Jolly and others actions are irrelevent. Irrespective of whether the birth affected his performance (I contend it did), my point is that his inability to control his sexual urge almost exactly 9 months prior to a very important date for his teamates was selfish and ultimately bloody stupid.

You make your own luck. However, Jolly made a baby instead.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

That's ok. With DNA testing these days they can work out to 99% accuracy who the real daddy is.

That's what I'm saying. "Let's put Jolly Junior to bed......"

The reasons why Jolly played so bad is irrelevant as we can't know for sure.

We can know that he had the same broken hand, the same opposing ruckman and played better against the Eagles just two weeks earlier.

Most, including me, were saying he probably has his best game ever the week before against Freo.

And Legs, I'm not runnign a defence, I'm just not convinced that Jolly's baby is to blame for anything!

You really see yourself as some sort of vanguard of the collective don't you. Why is this relevent?

Perhaps it was, but his game in round 20 was one of his worst.

Jolly played his worst game in two years.

Ah... coz Sanecow said Hall wasn't playing well.

There's a difference between defence and asking for some evidence.. and this is something you can't find evidence for. Can you?

Suggest an alternative explanation for Darren Jolly's worst game in two years.
