But seriously I doubt the club's leagal eagles (pardon the pun!) would have too much trouble working out what they wanted if they were to persue such a player. Not saying they will persue him of course but it wouldn't be incredibly hard to be able to design a contract that essentially tells him he does good he stays, he screws up he's gaaaaawn!

While I think of it, isnt' that sort of how they got rid of mott? He didn't come back to pre season training within the agreed measurement parameters and they told him to bugger off?

Yes he made one too many mistakes at the weagles now it's time he moves on & starts fresh at another AFL club. Whoever has the brain out of the 16 clubs will take a punt on him & get the rewards in the end.

Yes.

A major reason why he hasn't played a full game in the ruck since 2003, is because both his knees are stuffed (that and his off field antics). Plus to those who say we have turned around Hall and Lockett, well remember this - both those players didn't have the injuries that Gardnier has when they joined us and both those players were forwards and not ruckmen.

Trust me, you need you knees more as a ruckman than as a forward.

Stay well clear of Gardiner. Not because of his off ground history but because of his injury history.
