Pity he didn't play like that during the H&A series.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.

If he has a great match next time, someone should tell him to play like that in 2007...

Kiss my ass he was good... he was rubbish. Turned the ball over nearly every time it went near him....
There were a few turnover merchants. Sherman was another who got the ball enough but I'm not sure he ever placed it in the hands of a team mate.

Schneider was a bit of a mixed bag - some of his stuff was good but he tried to be a bit too cute at times and the Aussies were hurt on the rebound.

Selwood is a hand bag carrying nancy boy - especially when he got all frightened about the kids running on the pitch at the end. Was so glad that Sheedy endorsed the run on the pitch - he said it made him feel young again coz thats what happened "in his day".
And honestly - the Irish know how to relax an event - you had the dog on the pitch, then the halftime invaders and streaker (not enough of those chaps if you ask me!) and then the kiddies at the end, lets also not forget that the siren was stuck on "on" for most of the game. It was all harmless fun. then they all went back to the pub and had potato stew with lamington dumplings.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

The crowd looked like they were havin' a ball.
It might be worth the trip over one of these years. It'd be hilarious.

Problem with Selwood is that he struggles to hit a target with the oval ball, let alone giving him a 'foreign' one. He's a handy backup in a very good team, nothing more, nothing less. And most of his possessions in the finals were accepting the kick in the bp following the scoring of a behind.

But he takes the cake by far..... Everytime he touched the ball it was a turnover... pathetic.

Sherman plays like that in AFL. As much as I hate to bag a fellow Tasmanian he doesn't appear too bright. He seems to get the ball, run as fast as he can and then he's run out of tricks.

I can be pretty relaxed about most of those things, but the siren blarring would have driven me around the bend.

It effected the excitement of the game, because 10 had to turn down the effects-mike so it wouldnt sound bad on TV.

Also having 2 out of my 4 favourite players there with Tadhg and Nicky made it even more enjoyable.
Spot on! i was just happy to the the Sydney boys out there and dominating as usual O'keefe is a favourite of mine, along with Davis, so that goal they set up together was definitely a highlight for me

Haha, an article from a few days ago.

"Ryan O'Keefe said we can't hurt him though because he's got to play next year for Sydney." - Fevola in reference to Tadhg
                              Good boy ROK!

                                Apologies.

Is it just me?? How stoopid is Fevola?
I would think that it's a given that any Aussie wouldn't want to "hurt Tige 'cause he's gotta play for the swans next year".

Do you think Fevola can read? Someone start a poll !!
