Geez, I'm having a rough time with the membership department! I got my renewal letter yesterday and that's all there was - two pieces of paper. I paid by installments this year and that's the only option I've been given on my form - to renew exactly the same membership. If I'd like to upgrade or downgrade my membership (and of course I AM downgrading), I need to do so in writing, but I'm given no details on what other memberships are available and what the price differences are. If I would like to pay up front this year, I assume I also have to notify them in writing but the renewal letter says nothing about it. In fact, it doesn't even tell me what I'm getting next year with the membership I would get if I renew as is. Isn't there one less game?
Not to mention I'm currently try to change the re-allocation that they gave me since my seat will be ripped out permanantly and the seats they have offered us aren't that great - no form for that.
Is the membership deparment that strapped for cash? Where are the brochures outlining the details of each membership, maps of the grounds, payment options? Where are the forms to change your membership, seating allocation or sign up a friend?
I'm probably over-reacting, but I think the membership department has dropped the ball a bit on this one.
(If nothing else I feel better now I've had my whinge here and now won't burst into tears when I call them).
