They set a precedent with Gardiner last year so I'd like to see Kerr meet the same fate.
Very stong words from David Schwarz. To describe a player as a "cancer" at a club is potentially defamatory.

Contrast this situation to how Davis was sent into exile for 6 weeks for the relatively minor 'offence' of making comments to the media. Davis had to work hard at regaining the trust of the team / coaching staff while Kerr's antics are probably celebrated at training (which I'm told he attends occasionally when he's not at court).
Fair enough but nothing will happen to him except for the $10000 fin thats it.I hope theres no cure for there "cancer" and it eats away at them and then it kills em,it would make my year.

Very strong but on this occasion i agree with the Ox even tho i think hes a total tool.

If someone's relegated to the WAFL, how long would you expect it to last?

Perhaps, but who's gonna sue him, the Cancer Association?

Given the level of "competition" the WAFL currently provides and the nature of the Illegals, he'll probably be back the next week following 50 disposals and 5 goals.

In relation to penalties, the Weagles will probably fine him $10 000.

Rediculous double standards. The Eagles 'set a precedent' with the way they handled Gardiner, but Kerr can do whatever he likes because apparently trouble just follows him. Yeah, like lung cancer follows smokers

Hi guys - greetings from a jubliant Dockerland!

I've had a bit of fun with ol Danny Boy Kerr - check out my efforts here:

The world's most isolated city as viewed through the eyes of someone who has chosen to live elsewhere for most of his adult life... thrills, spills, shark sightings and roster petrol stations galore! The views expressed here are all mine & nothing to do with my employer.

                  I love this
"A West Coast supporter, who shared a cell with the footballer after being arrested for allegedly urinating in public, said he did not recognise Kerr at first glance.

"To be honest, when he first walked in, I didn't realise it was him and that's because he was that pis@@d, hey," Josh Scott, 18, said. "The cops said, 'How's Kerr going?'

"I said, 'Is that Daniel Kerr?' I didn't realise because he was so p@ss@d.

                  LOL...LOL...LOL

                  Golly, I hate those E-girls....

Gardiner went. Kerr should go. It's as clear as day that anything else would be hypocritical. Just because a player is good on the field doesn't mean he can do whatever he wants off it. Cut the boy, and hope that a change in scenery might do him good.

                                Kerr fined over assault
West Coast midfielder Daniel Kerr has been fined $1800 for ripping the aerial off a taxi and throwing it in the driver's face while drunk, injuring the man.

Kerr, 23, was fined after his lawyer told Perth Magistrates Court he would also be fined $10,000 by his AFL club and faces losing $100,000 in sponsorship for his bad judgment in assaulting the driver after drinking too much because his girlfriend was in hospital.
Well, if he's girlfriend was in hospital...I guess it's OK.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.
