My Pokemon brings all the boys to the yard and they're like "Wanna trade cards?"

This is going to be a nightmare for me, because I will have to drive to TS.
        What a rotten luck!
Those stupid bastards. They manage to do this almost every time the Swans play at TS.

However, it should be noted that of the last 5 game none have been in Sydney. Three have been at Subi and two at the MCG. The last two games played in Sydney have resulted in much larger Sydney wins:

          2005 - R17 @ SCG by 21 (13.10:88 to 9.13:67)
          2004 - 1st Final @ Telstra by 41 (11.9:75 to 4.10:34)

Given the turmoil in Perth, the home ground historical advantage and Sydney's "improved" early season form - IMO points to a potential stong win.

          Cheers

The media constantly overlooks those next two games. It was a travesty that we didnt get to play them at home last year. No way will our boys let this one slip. They're pumped for it and so are we!

I can't seem to find odds for round one, but the eagles odds for the flag don't seem to have come down in the wake the latest revelations...still favourites at $6.00 (swans still 3rd at $8.00)

BTW Justice, my son, Otto (see avatar) was born on 29th of July 2005....I do believe that makes his wait the shortest ever for a Swans Flag......

There was a photo of him in Swans Jumpsuit posted before the GF.

And Layby, I'm still waiting for the pre season game article.

After being forced to purchase Bronze category tickets, as Silver Category only had single seating available, I logged onto to ticketek today and found that there are now plenty of Silver Category seats on sale (and the same applies for the Premium Category).

Does anyone know why ticketek would not make these seats available earlier on, as im sure most people who purchased bronze category tickets (which now only have a limited amount left judgeing by the best available seats given on ticketek) would have preferred the Silver Category?

When i first bought my tickets and was told that the Silver Category only had single seats left, I thought that we had a really good chance at setting a record crowd for an AFL match in Sydney on March 31, but now am guessing that the crowd will only be around the 60k mark.

What about Leo's son? His wife had their second baby the week we played Geelong in the semi.

So who do you reckon is coming in for LRT? Vogels obviously played the last pre season game against port but was useless down back and forward. How did he go in the ressies practice match? How did JW go?

The team I would like to see:

                              B; B.Mathews L.Barry T.Richards
                              HB: S.Dempster C.Bolton T.Kennelly
                              C: J.Crouch B.Kirk A.Buchanan
                              HF: R.O'Keefe B.Hall J.McVeigh
                              F: M.O'Loughlin P.Everitt S.Phillips
                              R: D.Jolly J.Bolton A.Goodes
                              Int: N.Davis N.Malceski N.Fosdike L.Vogels
                              Em: J.Moore P.Bevan T.Schmidt

                              In: P.Everitt S.Phillips L.Vogels J.Crouch
                              Out: S.Doyle A.Schneider L.Ablett L.Roberts-Thomson (inj)

I would start with Everitt as the ruck but would use him for extended periods up forward where West Coast could have a difficult time finding a suitable matchup for him.

Vogels on the bench as a tall utility able to slot down back or up forward. Phillips comes in for Schneider as the small forward, but Buchanan will spend time in a defensive forward role as well on their playmaker Wirrpanda.

With Crouch just returning from a long layoff, it would be a big ask to start him on Judd. I prefer Goodes to not have the restriction to run with Judd and with Ablett out as well this could be a tricky matchup. Perhaps have McVeigh to run with him as Cousins is out.
