Nice to see them give Jack a go. Let's hope for a great debut.

Suspect he will get a fitness test on Saturday morning, if he misses then either Moore or Laidlaw will play.

Are the reserves on Saturday during the day, depending on who shows up that will tell you if he is playing or not.

At least one emergency will travel with the senior team given they are in different locations this weekend. If there is significant doubt over one or more players (both Ablett and Buchanan may be questionable), it's likely that two will travel.

Not sure when the reserves play - hopefully its Sunday so travelling emergencies who don't play still get a game.

                    1. I think that is pretty tough on Moore
                    2. Will Davo be named on the ground again this year?
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline

                      1. i thought it was tough on moore too - i thought he did quite well but there may be significant doubt over either ablett or buchanan so he can come straight back in

                      2. weird how davis was named on the ground in the first game of '07 wasn't it ??? i think they just can't be bothered typing out names again so they simply straight swap people - i hope he does though

Naming players for positions and the bench is almost meaningless these days.

Certainly, and Davis was usually named on the bench last year yet started anyway... it still irks me a bit, I imagine Davis doesn't overly care. It is just a pet(ty!) annoyance of mine is all, I'm willing to admit it

Why doesn't Davis get an 'N' in front of his name?

These are the big questions that matter in football!
