    Cheering for Collingwood

That's what I'll be doing tonight, watching the Evils go down. How weird, supporting Port last Friday and Collingwood tonight.

From next weekend it's "Go Cats".

It was bucketing down here for a bit; hopefully the rain will hold off for the game and make it watchable.

Nah, as hard as it is, I'm going for West Coast. A Cousinsless West Coast makes it a tad easier I guess.

My reasoning is without their stars, probably even with as well, Geelong will give them a mother of a hiding next week. Collingwood on the other hand, with their rabid fan base, very intimidating, may make things a lot tougher for Geelong, even though Geelong are a far superior side.

Which side, of my two most hated, do I want to lose.
        Pity they both can't.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Coasters for me. I'd really love for the lesser lights of the Eagles to prove that they are just as capable as The Axis of Weevils (Kerr/Cousins). I'm really looking forward to Hunter cruising forward and taking a few nice speccies and slotting home a lazy 6 goals (my favourite). Conversely I would like to see Buckley knock the crap out of Chick behind play and out of camera shot.
I've always liked Woosha and have enjoyed the rivalry with their supporters over the last two grand finals.
As I'm tipping them I've given them the kiss of death as 2007 is my all time worst year in my many many many year history.

Now that you've put it that way Lucky, I'd like to see the criminals bow out.
On the other hand, I want to see the toothless smile wiped off the faces of the ferals fans - Joffa in particular. I want to see Eddie cry. Either way, I'm going to get an upset.

Talk about being between a rock and a hard place.

i'm supporting WC for tonight - i HATE the entire collingwood team and the trype of club they are (arrongant and whingers) while with WC i enjoy our rivalry with them and i only hate some of them ....

plus geelong can smash WC next week when WC has to travel - otherwise it would be a virtual home game for collingwood..

there's only an hour delay into sydney - how exciting!!! (i'm serious ...)

I thought I had turned against WC after last year and that feral woman behind me at the Grand but tonights match ahs really gelled my opinion. I just can't barrack for Collingwood. I didn't think about it for a micro second. Go Eagles.

I hope the Magpies win so the Eagles go out in straight sets and are no longer the "Reigning Premiers" and then the Magpies get flogged next week against the Cats.

Fat Blob crying tonight, Joffa crying next Saturday, that's what I call entertainment!
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

Not a bad scenario....but I just can't do it. A bit like Zoolander trying to turn left.

I have to go for Collingwood.

They both have moronic supporters, but I prefer the Collingwood player group and at least their supporters accept there needs to be opposition teams and supporters!!.

A West Coast Back to Back scenario would make my summer very very sad haha

Good on C7 and C10 for showing both finals live on FTA into Sydney. (Even though I was secretly hoping Fox would show it here for the no ads aspect!!)
