Great effort boys. Should give the youngsters a great deal of confidence...And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

Good result - we didn't get blown away as has been the case many times in recent years.....so there was an intensity through the entire game, but we lost, meaning we can now control our pre-season buildup the way we want. I'm a happy boy! Well, apart from Eski buggering his knee

I'm on the Chandwagon!!!
If you cannot compete for the premiership, it's better to be young and exciting than middle-aged and dowdy.

@@@@ I'm impressed with some of our younger players incuding, Craig Bird, Ryan Brabazon, Kristin Thornton and Keiran Jack.
Disappointed in Nick Malceski. Done an ACL and will be out for the season. @@@@ I feel gutted. It's the 2nd one he's done in his young career.
I hope I am wrong, since he has to have scans but it didn't look good. It's no wonder, why we recruited Martin Mattner.Comment

Hopefully Malceski's knee will be ok in time for the season opener."Two cities, One team, Together, Living the Dream."Comment
