                                                I think he will be spending some time out. Instead of plucking numbers out of thin air, how about we have a go at calculating the penalty according to the scale.

                                                Contact - head or body?
                                                Impact - low, medium, high?
                                                Intent - negligent, reckless, intentional?
                                                Play - in play or behind play?

                                                Does he have any carryover points on his record?
                                                He has priors from 2005 so he won't get a discount for being clean for 3 years.
