If have read the cases that you have cited as examples, and none of them are remotely relevant. I am not going to bother, save to say that I am confident that I, and a colleague I have chatted to about this issue, are far better qualified to understand the situation than you are. I will content myself with the fact that I know the answer and that I have nothing to prove to you, or any other ignoramus here that dribbles crap about issues that they know nothing about but are so set in their prejudiced ways that they refuse to listen to those who do know what they are talking about.

Are you saying that an employee does not have a right to talk to, be interviewed by, and negotiate with another potential employer without breaching their current contract of employment? Because if you are, you are terribly misguided.Comment

No. i am saying that an if an employee acts in a dishonest and devious way in negotiating a future contract with a competitor which can affect the business of the employees employer then we have a breach of contract. And thats pretty much what Davis didBevo bandwagon driverComment
