Solomon came from some distance with elbow, so would say that.
OMG what a surprise!!

So NMW, coming at someone with a raised elbow from some distance is less dangerous than two people wrestling and someone lashing out with a punch?
Firstly, how surprising that someone on a Swans website is going to say Solomon.
Secondly, Staker was hardly going to see Hall's punch coming (I don't think Staker realised they were actually wrestling!).
Thirdly, I think they're both equally bad.

Probably because that was the worse incident, not just a case of saying that because of any bias.
What did he expect Barry to do, just stand there while he was all over him like a cheap suit.
Of course Barry is going to try and break the hold in some way, so could expect some form of retaliation.
Ling was in open play and had no reason to suspect someone to come charging with a elbow.
Both bad yes, but for the reasons outlined above would have Solomon as the worse of the two.

Yes, because it is always better to take an extreme, and preferably hysterical, view.

Not sure how anyone could say Staker was unaware they were wrestling. He's the one who started it, he was all over Hall.
This is laughable.
