Carlton v Sydney lineups: Matty O to debut!

Looks like Matty O'Dwyer may make his debut against Carlton this Sunday. Has been named in the extended side to cover Kristen Thornton

Will fill you with more details later.

    Edit: @@@@ meant to put a ? instead of a !.

Excellent news. Really like the boy - finds the ball and will add much needed pace to our midfield.

Eat your words Sprite. They were always going to elevate a rookie, it was only a question of which one dont be supprised if there is another next week.

I liked what I saw way back on February 17th at York Park in Launceston. Mind you he always seemed to be over on the railyard wing.He and Bird both did good things that day ....and here they are.

Considering he's been named in the 18 it looks like he'll play. I'd expect (assuming they're fit) that Malceski, Jack and Everitt will play, which means one spot from the others. Has LRT done his dash? Is there redemption for Mathews? These and many other questions await answering...

Wonder if Tadhg, can get through his 150th with both arms pointing in normal directions.

Well done to MoD. Hope he gets a gig.

im thinkin Jack deserves to be dropped, based on the fact that he has got 6 supercoach points in the last two rounds. would no doubt have rather have matthews in the squad, BUT time for a new era and odwyer is a good choice.

Bench of everitt (ruck ), malceksi (centre), roberts thompson(back) and grundy(forward due to buchanan being out)
