We had so much of the ball because adelaide did what hawthorn and collingwood did to us, which is to contain and pressure us out of hte corridor, causing us to kick it backwards, sidewards, upwards downwards, but seldom forwards. As others have said, we kicked a lot of points because of the positions we were kicking at goal from.
