Luke Ablett shouldn't be playing league footy, let alone keeping an extremely talented player out of an elimination final.

I could see it coming, but thought he might come to his senses

          FFS Paul Roos.

@@@@ing knew this was going to happen.

An unfit Veszpremi can still have a big impact and kick 4 goals.

WTF does Ablett do with his 9 touches a game?

            Just simply astonishing.

Hopefully they are pulling a swifty with this and maybe Ablett still possibly goes for Veszpremi.

God this @@@@s me to tears. It really does.

There's no justification here. Veszpremi has been absolutely shafted. No question about it.

Why is everybody so surprised? I had thought it was pretty obvious these would be the in's and out's.

I think everyone thought Roosy would just use at least a little bit of common sense this time around. I'm very shocked but you're right I probably shouldn't be.

What the @@@@ does Vespa have to do to keep his spot in the side? He kicked 4 goals for @@@@s sake!

Roos has said himself that the end of an era is here. So why the @@@@ do you drop two young players for a final, which could be a pretty rare occurrence in the next few years. Now, it is debatable whether Grundy is in our best 22, at least when Goodes is playing forward, and you do want to play your best side for finals, but Vespa is CLEARLY in our best side. He'd better be injured, or somebody had better be carrying an injury, and will withdraw before the game. I am PISSED OFF!

Since when has a Swans team run onto the ground as named? We have evidence that both NOG and Macca are carrying injury, and how many (either real or fabricated) do we not know about? I will not believe Scooter and Reg have been dropped until I see the team run out Saturday. Usual Roos smoke and mirrors stuff.

You're absolutely right. Builds up during the week that one game means nothing, puts Veszpremi into the emergency list to make the opposition doubting they will play. Then on Saturday the team runs out with Veszpremi amongst the group.

How long has it been since we have run out as a named side? Malceski and Barry were 'back' for several weeks before they made a return.
