As I eluded to before, his drug problems are not all that interesting.
More likely the Tigers will be the ones who go full steam ahead with a "how Ben fixed himself up with the help of the Tigers" doco.
... which, along with the "ex"-junkie on board, is still not going to win them any silverware in the distant future.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

But it will guarantee them a future in the near future, which is always good for a club with fickle supporters, and the Tigers are amongst the ficklest.

@@@@ you are a self righteous PRAT! At least Connolly never takes pot shots at personal posters when stating his opinion and stance on topics.

He had concussion, the Tigers took him to Hospital after the game to make sure it wasn't anything serious and he won't be playing next weeks practice match. If he and the club were trying to get around talking to the media after game I'm sure they would of tried an original idea like "No Comment".

Annie call me an old fashioned cynic but the concussion is fascinating. Firstly does anyone know how the little scamp suffered the knock to the noggin? Secondly did the little scallywag submit to a drug test after the match? Thirdly how did the bonzer bloke's stream of consciousness read out in the lab? Fourthly, did going to the hospital for observation mean that no drug (sorry to raise this very uncharitable) test was performed on the champ? Just questions. Were they raised by our adoring media pack? Are Caro and Smith on this story?

I didn't think it was possible, but this has to be the most stupid comment you have ever posted here. Possibly the most stupid comment ever posted on here.

Why the question is really very simple. How did his drug test go? Did he even take one? Questions that will and should be asked after every game. The stupidity is with the mugs who fall for the hype.

Let's be fair. Most stupid non-Bevan-related post.

Yeah I thought about adding that. Your comment proves I'm not alone.

It was an attempt. Apparently no questions can be raised in any form about the little tiggers test results. And this is about a tearaway who swam the Swan River to avoid a booze bus and ran the Gillette over the jatz crackers to avoid a drug test. I am also

So the testing should be regulated by the general public as well as the clubs and the AFL?
If he gets busted, I'm sure we'll all know about it soon enough.

                              I think you're misjudging Cousins.
Maybe he just likes late night swims.

Yes they did. He has improved from very lowly standards, but is still nothing more than an ordinary footballer.
