When did you renew?

I renewed early December, and have been told three different things, last week I was told it was dispatched and I would get it before the Hawks game.

I will renew no matter what in 2010 just because I can't imagine not going to games, but I can't imagine this type of incompetence will help them with new members.

Friend of mine decided to get a membership for her dad, paid for both in early December.

Received her membership but still hasnt got her dads one. Called the membership department and was told that they cancelled it as they thought it was a mistake. They were quite happy to take the cash though!!!!!!.

Apparently they are rectifying this but didnt say when the membership would be sent out.

Pathetic really!!!!

I have a Melbourne membership and have had mine for weeks. I used to be a Sydney member and I have to say the membership department in Melbourne is far superior to the membership department in Sydney - they are much more informed and very friendly.

I have a Melbourne membership and have had mine for weeks. I used to be a Sydney member and I have to say the membership department in Melbourne is far superior to the membership department in Sydney - they are much more informed and very friendly.

Agree, Tony Morwood and the gang have there game together. I renewed Wednesday last week, got my member pack on Monday this week

in past years the membership dept had some volunteers to get the packages out but this year they thought it would be more professional to outsource

Still waiting, despite many, many, many phone calls and the promise that it's been sent a second time. Next step is getting a charge back on the credit card. I'm done.

My league supporting co-workers have said the reason we are receiving scarves this year as part of our membership is because we will all feel like necking ourselves by season end.

Very cruel but it wont be Roos' fault.

Ask them when the last time they went to an actual live game was. That stumps 50% of Sydneysider NRL 'fans' every time.

One thing I want to know is have any other Melbourne members had trouble getting into Sydney games with their Victorian membership card. I mentioned it to Emily in Perth & she said this was the first she had heard of it.

The last thing I was to do is approach the Victorian office without back-up of other people having the same problem. Who else has had issues with Melbourne memberships at Sydney games?

I had a friend join this year, he paid up front in November as a Gold member, then they changed it to Silver. He didnt get his refund until March (and it took about 4 phone calls) and he still hasnt got his membership pack. Has been told various reasons of why it hasnt arrived. They encourage members to recruit new members and then cant even get the membership cards out on time. Not very impressed!!!!!

This issue has intrigued me. I have only just moved to Sydney from Tasmania and despite all the media attention on the rugby; papers, tv etc. They get poor crowd numbers every week.

and also, on the membership thing, still haven't received my membership They always seemed to deliver it on time when i was in tassie when i had no use for it!
