The disposal has been pretty ordinary apart from the first 10 minutes. You can put that down to the first genuine hitout, but the same goes for Port. It appears to me that we are over possessing with players running into open goals and passing sideways. Pretty dumb footy.
I thought White played OK under heaps of pressure. Bird is all class.
Our midfield is not running to fill the space in defence.
Port has a lot of players running to support at contests.
Our centre clearance work has not improved.
Nick Smith worries me with his horrible kicking style. It seems in the mould of Kirk but he barely gets it more than a metre off the ground. Might be a bit harsh but if he can't improve dramatically before the season starts then he is destined for the scrap heap.
Laidlaw has had some good touches and Jack has been lively but his kicking for goal.....atrocious.Comment

He kind of got shepherded off the ball, nothing illegal, but it was the way he fell, he landed on his neck/head.
Definitely being outplayed (a typical NAB Cup match for the Swans).
Meredith just can't hang on to the ball. Not doing any clean grabs, etc.Comment

There's definitely been a lot of it.I have heard about 10 cases of us dropping a ball and fumbling.
McVeigh just goaled - good lead-up to that goal.
