Does this settle it for you?
No. Foxes and Roos are species notorious for pre game information unreliability. Would prefer to see Jack on Acker as he would outpace him and run off him. Would prefer to see Crouch on the same side of the fence as myself as its time to give a young bloke such as Laidlaw a go. Still the contest between a 31 year old tagger and a 32 year old wanker should be riveting.

Can't wait to buy you that keg of beer at the Hawks game Connolly!!
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Even though I'm sure there's a fairly large tongue stuck in your cheek, I believe it WILL be riveting.

I'm seriously looking forward to the matchup, although Aker is in a pretty rich vein of form atm, so it will be tough.

Aker is a potential matchwinner and one of the smartest players at finding space. You need an experienced, focussed, smallish, quick defender with a very good football brain and reflexes to play on him.

That rules out any small defender on our list besides Crouch.
Crouch can also expose Aker's old legs with his attacking running out of defence.

Although Jack is progressing nicely, and may help out during the game, he's got other roles to play in the midfield... and is still the 3rd year apprentice when the master is fit and firing.
"As a player he simply should not have been able to do the things he did. Leo was a 185cm, 88kg full-back and played on some of the biggest, fastest and best full-forwards of all time, and constantly beat them." Roos.
Leo Barry? you star! We'll miss ya, ''Leapin''.

Its the tagger versus the tugger then?

Hopefully Roosey and Eade can synchronise their afternoon nap time so they can stagger through the game together. Seriously does Crouch add anything to the club at the moment? This has to be his last season, he is a very defensive tagger and he is just keeping a young kid off the list. He should have gone with Benny, who at least didn't overstay his welcome. (You too Leo) It will be like watching Newk play Jimmy Connors in a veterans tennis comp. An old rivalry played past its prime.

He's not quick. Rhys Shaw springs to mind as a faster, fitter, smarter small defender. Heaven help us if he is ever matched up with a Davey or Rioli before he retires.

                      Checkmate.

You've been exposed as a looney.

Time for YOU to retire from any comments on the Swans.
