I think he has something there. We had 200 handballs to around 100 and rogered ourselves with mindless hand balls for the sake of it. The number of times our players were clear and then handballed was mindboggling. Some of the kicking to Collingwood players 30 metres in the clear was as good as I have seen. Fine work fellas.

Davis was tackled and dropped the ball FFS! It should have been a free kick to us. We had momentum but instead they are given a shot at goal with that outrageous 50m penalty, our momentum is killed and our season looks to be over. I'm mad as hell.

And Hall is a street thug level psycho.

Need more of the youngsters. Veszpa, Braba, maybe DOK need to play.
Totti I agree with most of your post but really apart from that 20 metre pass by Smith to Hall his kicking is very poor. In the few games he has played he has shown that as a midfielder he can find the footy, but his kicking is close to the worst in the game. Only gets 20 metres at full effort.

I expect him to hit targets more often. His disposal would be close to the worst in the club, and that is saying something.

How I saw it too. Just like Hawthorn the momentum shifted.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Do you think that he is a good kicker of the ball? Even his handballing was ordinary tonight. If you can't appreciate that you clearly do not watch the game.

I thought the same but not being at the game it could be that there was only a Collingwood player on the fat side.

Like many here I am a little exasperated by tonight. It seems that when we put absulute effort in we are almost there but not quite...and as much as I hate to say it it seems to me (via the tv) that we are relying on stellar performances from individuals rather than a coordinated team plan. Easy to say I know but close up shots ofKirky urging his team mates on makes me feel worried rather than encouraged these days. I hate thninking this but am reluctantly feeling like I'd like to see something radically different than the old 'Bloods'. Time for change.
                              oh well, maybe next time......

Id rather have someone who dominates the clearances giving first use of the footy like that tonight everyday of the week rather than some poof who runs on their own and hits a target everytime, they dont win you games the blokes doing the hard stuff do, have a look at Barlow tonight did he give us the opp to win, dont think so
