Hold the presses. Just because they do not conform to the line of the thread, just because they have an alternate opinion, you banish them from the team. Where do you get off? People are allowed to have an opinion, are you begrudging them a voice? Are you punishing people because they do not agree with you? I sincerely hope you are not a boss somewhere - You'd be surrounded by yes-men and you would achieve nothing, because everyone under you would be too afraid to say anything lest you sack them ...

          Strange.
Yep, I believed that we did not deserve to win against the top team in the competition when we have shown such poor form in the lead up to that game.
Having said that, it's a two horse race, and anyone can win on any day (theoretically)
I don't think the team thought that they DESERVED to win.
I think that they thought that if they fought hard and put in 100% that they were a chance.
If the team, before the game started, thought that they deserved to win it, I would suggest that they were deluded.
I am happy we put up an excellent showing against the best team in the competition.
I am proud of the team for putting in their best every single week this year (assuming that they have)
I would think that any Swans player reading this thread would be thinking "What is that thread all about? People are proud of us for doing our best against another side? we do that EVERY SINGLE WEEK!"

            You can call me CTS
I'm sorry that you think that I am a negative Swans supporter.
If you read through my threads I think you'll find that I am one of the most "cup is half full" people here.
Sad that you don't agree with what I say here and you seem to be leading a lynching of sorts.

Let me put it this way - I felt considerably prouder of our loss yesterday than I did about our win the week before - winning's over-rated when you're in a rebuilding mode.

Hang on Frog, 43 is just voicing his opinion.

The comment about your hope that he is not a boss is an opinion I disagree with. I'm no yes man and I would be happy to work for someone that requires positive people in his team.

As for the banishing (named) RWO's from the team I whole heartedly agree with 43 on one of the mentioned. My opinion and I'm allowed to have it.

Disagree. If our players don't think they're just as deserving as the opposition when they step out onto the field, then we've lose the game before it's even started.

I don't agree with CTS in this thread and Bear was way out of line with the attack on the Sydney crowd but I will rigorously defend their right to voice their opinion in this forum.

My advice to anyone who finds a poster so abhorrent that they want them banned is that they use the Ignore list.

Disappointed that anyone thinks anyone should be banished anywhere. There has been alot of people calling for the heads of posters on RWO recently, and I've noticed the vast majority (not you) are ones that contribute little to RWO.

A good argument for bringing back the post count!

Great effort and I'm very proud....but I'm sure the coach and players are disappointed. I look at the teams that tank and wonder what culture they are building, for when they start having a go. Swans culture would never allow a loss to be a win....and rightly so. Things look great for the future.

                            Cheer, Cheer.
