who comes in, who goes out for Richmond. Is Crouch needed. Put him in for that shut down role on Milne. We can put smith on nahas, and that really the only good small forward they have.

    IN:
    Veszpremi

    OUT:
    Bird

Bird out with injury. ROK only hurt his ribs and he came back on. Jolly was also fine.

Im expecting a nice close match, but we should win by 20-30 points.

If banning somebody is a matter of opinion, and thus shouldn't occur on that basis, then noone will ever get banned because ultimately the decision to ban them is based on the opinion of someone, or perhaps several someones.

In any case, I'm not advocating banning anyone (except for people who continue to use "should OF" instead of "should HAVE"), and my post count is low, and I'm proud of the Swans' effort last night, and I didn't clap them off at half time because I was in the bathroom, but I would have otherwise, and Milne is a pr*ck (to the point that when the scores were level and St Kilda were pressing our mantra was "anyone but Milne"), and does anyone know where I can get some Tang around here?

There are some people clearly with too much time on their hands, this game will always go down as a terrific showcase game of Aussie Rules, it was televised 'live' into Sydney, and a lot of night games the Swans have played in at night have been pretty ordinary affairs.
The Saints looked to be comimg all over the top of Sydney by the end of the third quarter, so the response by the Swans in the fourth was brilliant, unexpected and yes made us all proud of the team and also proud of the code which has had more press all over the country lately courtesy of a Rugby League player than you could ever imagine.
Proud, I was positively glowing. Go Bloods and AFL.

That game bought back memories of the close matches with the Roos. Great effort by the team to play out such a hard brutal game. There weren't many easy possessions.
Spirit of the bloods looks alive and well in the youngsters who really impressed me last night.
Oh to by a fly on the shoulder of Milne and hear his spray at the end of the game. That is one for Crouchy's highlight reel. Even though I am not a fan of tagging that was a very enjoyable matchup.

Listened to the last quarter on the radio here in the West (surprisingly - usually a blackout unless you have Fox) - was I mistaken but did I hear the "Sydney, Sydney" chant?

Well I am a very proud Swan supporter today.

After last night, what a performance, they gave their all, you can't do any better than that.

Well done, have followed them for many years, even though we didn't win that game was played with such passion, even Paul Roos was fired up last night coaching from the bench.

Our youth, how good were they, it will only get better from here, although there will be some ups and downs along the way.

Which says to me that it's something slightly different to being just a mindset of getting up for big games. So why could we do it last night but not in other games?
Because we lift in games we shouldn't be expected to. We did it against St Kilda in 2004. We did it against Essendon in 2001.

It is a weird mindset but it is one our club seems to revel in.

Hopefully they get confidence and can give our long suffering Melbourne-based fans their first win in over a year.
