Of those we lost, Licuria, Barry Mitchell, Gerard Healy (sort of), Mark Orchard, Paul Morwood, Brereton (sort of)...

That Rocca trade was abysmal. We got four players and they were all gone in about two seasons.

We also got Gavin Rose from them.

Teasdale (another B'low medalist if you include Healy). Shane Morwood. David Young. Clinton King. Greg Smith! Billy Picken (similar to Orchard - gave him then took him back - opposite of Hawke, took him then gave him back!), Richard Osborne (in a round about way). Shane Morwood never came back in 1990. He retired as a Collingwood player in 1993! He played in their 1990 Premiership team

Lost his spot to O'Keefe in 2001 and never made it back from the reserves. The ironic thing was that it was his first injury-free season in years.

Went to play in the SANFL (Norwood I think) and then went to play in the SFL

Robert Campbell just announced his retirement at the Hawks B&F. This could bring the Hawks into the Jolly picture.

Robbie Ahmat was pretty good for us. What happened to him?

I'm fairly sure Robbie Ahmat played this year for a small Victorian country town called Dunolly. One of his teammates was Shannon Motlop. They made the Grand Final in the Maryborough/Castlemaine league but lost to Newstead.

Hi all, I am new to this forum but thought it might be of interest to you that a friend of mine who is a massive Hawthorn fan and works at the SCG just bumped into the swans hierarchy in a fairly deep discussion with Ben McGlynn at the cafe there. McGlynn and Kennedy to Sydney???

Just woke up to the news that CAmpbell has retired and can't help but think that with Hawthorn committing their pick 9 to Burgoyne that they may have been making a play for a double swap in Kennedy and McGlynn for Jolly??

It is an area they have seriously lacked class and would greatly benefit from the addition of someone like Jolly.

With any luck it forces Collingwood to up their offer and we get to bend someone over at the trade table for once!!!

Hawks have offered pick 9 and either McGlynn or Kennendy to Port for Burgoyne and Port don't want a bar of it so that reflects the value of those two players - a 3rd round pick at best, not a direct swap for one of the best ruckmen in the AFL.

The thing we have to be careful of is trading away Jolly before we secure Seaby. With Hawthorn also in need of a ruckman the weagles may decide to deal with them instead of us.
