(Jolly to Pies, Pick 14 & 46) If Jolly leaves, I'm gonna cry....

Trade rumours say Jolly wants to go back to Melbourne for family reasons. Bigger loss to the club than BBBBBH, Micky O' and Leo combined if he goes. Our only ruckman!

It was fairly obviously Jolly was always going to head back to Melbourne. IMO Jolly has treated the club like @@@@, we gave him the opportunities after he was getting nothing from the dees. His commitment to the club has always been in question, as much as I hate to see him go, it's better to ship him off while he holds great value.

he's contracted for another 2 years, just had his career best season, a priceless ruckman. surely we'd get a first rounder and a young mid in return?

I know I'll get the token "Clubs aren't always loyal, either" response, but the Swans have treated Jolly very well and set him up with a great contract last time even when he wasn't at the level he is now.

Unless there's some seriously strong reason why he must get back on the 1 hour flight to Melbourne, I don't see why he can't honour the final two years of his contract instead of leaving us without a quality ruckman when we're going through our rebuild.

Good job - hadn't factored the potential currency Jolly would provide in my rebuilding matrix

Can't see the pies being able to do deals on both Fev and Jolly.

Any chance we could still trade for Molloy?

Well there are 2 scenerios we work with.

                      If Collingwood are the go
I would want their 1st round pick plus Rusling as part of the deal.

                      If Carlton are the go
Fev and we gibve them Joll and our 3rd rnd pick.

In the Melbourne Sunday Rag it looks like the Pies have cooled on Fevola. So it looks like hot pies for Jolly.

I would want 1st pick and Reid, Anthony, Brown, Sidebottom or Beams

Rusling is good but may never get back on the park

Jolly is contracted for another 2 seasons so we hold the whip hand here

Hawthorn need to come to the party with Campbell's retirement you would think.

Hoping for Pick 9 + Kennedy.

Pick 14 + Dawes is what Collingwood should be looking at.

That's according to Maxwell the skipper, but who knows what the inner sanctum have on their minds.
