One would think that they would like to have the kids settled in the state they are going to live for schooling before they hit later primary and high school.

There is nothing stopping them staying but indications have always been that once football is finished that Bradshaw wants to settle back in Victoria.

But settling "back" in Victoria would mean settling "back" in Wodonga, which is still a fair way away from the CFC. If he wants to settle in Melbourne, fine, but I can't see what immediate link he has to Melbourne. He's from right on the border of Victoria and NSW. Either way he would still have to uproot his family after he finishes playing if he wants to settle back home.
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

WTF! This morning in the Herald-Sun it says a decision will be made by 12pm today, then he will go on his holiday cruise. I see still no decision, unless it just hasnt been reported yet. It has to be a positive thing though after having 2 meetings with carlton he's still not convinced about going to them

I wonder if the biggest consideration for him in all this is the prospect of retiring?

Bottom line is that Bradshaw has never played for a Melbourne based club. Until 1995 he played in Wodonga, (some 5 minutes drive from the NSW southern border); and from 1996 he played in Brisbane, (some 90 minutes drive from the NSW northern border).

Looks like you all stay tuned!

Channel 9 news just announced Bradshaw has decided to play for the Bloods. To me this is great news for our club.

Said he would be coming to Sydney on a 3 year deal worth $1m. I have mixed feelings. I hope it doesn't put White's nose out of joint.
He had observed that people who did lie were, on the whole, more resourceful and ambitious and successful than people who did not lie.

Great that Sydney will now have a focus point up front (injuries permitting), to allow more freedom in developing White
